Role Overview

We are looking for a Software Configuration Manager to join our Software department, working on embedded display software projects. In this role, you’ll be the central point for software configuration management activities, working closely with customers, software architects, qualification testers, and software engineers to ensure structured, reliable delivery across projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and control the Configuration Management process.
  • Define the Configuration Management Plan.
  • Define and control of Baselines.
  • Define the merging and branching strategies.
  • Identify and monitor the project work products.
  • Select tools and access.
  • Software Release chain.

 

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum experience of 2 years working according ASPICE process SUP.8.
  • Good communication in English; both speaking and writing.
  • Experience with SCM systems like GitHub or SVN.
  • Experience with setting up and maintaining CI systems like Jenkins.
  • Experience with systems like JIRA or Redmine.
  • Experience with Python.
  • Experience with Linux

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor/Master in Electronics/ Computer Science.
  • Experience with tools like Enterprise Architect is a plus.
  • Team player; good communication skills.
  • Willing to work in a project with fixed delivery dates.
  • Accurate, punctual way of working is required.
  • Willing to travel within Europe and occasionally to Asia.
