We built Solvès around the idea that recruitment shouldn’t stop at the signed contract. It’s where our work actually begins.
Who we are
We’re a Limburg-based agency specialized in placing international software, embedded systems, and tech talent with companies across the Netherlands. Most of the people we work with aren’t just changing employers — they’re changing countries. That means the questions we get aren’t only about job titles and salaries. They’re about visas, housing, municipalities, and how to build a life somewhere unfamiliar.
We answer those too.
How we work
Every relocation is different, so we don’t run it like a checklist. We take the time to actually understand who you are and what you need — not just what fits a vacancy. That means:
