Bengaluru is where I became an engineer, spending years writing firmware, building embedded software, and growing professionally in a relentless city.

When an opportunity with Solvés came up, one of their team members reached out to me via LinkedIn. Unlike a typical candidate screening, they showed a genuine interest in who I was, and that impression stayed with me.

From the start, founder and managing director Martijn was personally involved in my hiring and relocation, guiding me through visas, paperwork, and formalities with an unexpected level of patience that completely eased the stress of my transition.

Relocating halfway across the world is a massive shift, but landing in the Netherlands introduced me to an efficient, well-organized environment.

What made my transition manageable was Solvés and Martijn, whose extraordinary support made all the difference. He sent me apartment photos before I arrived, booked a hotel while I was between homes, arranged a taxi for my things, and even came to pick me up from the hospital when I got sick.

The team welcomed me warmly from day one with lunches, casual chats, and check-ins, creating a collaborative, non-transactional culture where I immediately felt like part of the family.

My life has settled into a refreshing, well-balanced rhythm. Working as an embedded software consultant deputed to another company, I tackle challenging, precise projects that demand real problem-solving. Solvés actively invests in my professional growth-such as sponsoring a training program for me-rather than just focusing on my output.

Outside of work, I enjoy the order, punctuality, and efficiency of the Netherlands, often exploring the countryside and enjoying a quiet cup of coffee.

Thanks to Martijn and the team, Solvés is a place where people are treated as individuals, and joining them has been one of the best decisions of my career.
