My name is Marlon Oberjé, and since July 2023, I have been working with great pleasure as a Recruitment Specialist at Solvès. On a daily basis I speak with candidates from all over the world and guide them through the process of moving to the Netherlands to start working for our clients. In addition to finding the right match, I support them with the complete relocation process; from housing to settling into a new country.

What makes this job so fulfilling is seeing the growth these individuals experience. They leave a lot behind to build a new life here, and it is wonderful to be able to support them in that journey. It is very rewarding to see how they develop, both professionally and personally.

Our core business is international recruitment, but I also help professionals who already live in the Netherlands find a new challenge. This makes my work dynamic and diverse. At Solvès, I combine expertise with a personal approach, and that is what makes all the difference.
