Before the move
When I got the message from Martijn, I was living in Sweden. From the initial preparations to settling into my new location, everyone provided the guidance and assistance I needed to make the transition as smooth as possible.
Getting there
My experience at Solvès has been incredible. They accompanied me all the way from the first contact to the first day at work. This human element of Solvès has been a great differential for me in comparison to other places. Moving to a country where you dont know the language or culture can be overwhelming, but Martijn and their team have taken great care in making sure this process is as smooth as possible.
They are quick to respond any queries or doubts, and they are straightforward from the beginning. There is no need to expect a surprise somewhere in the process that was not mentioned beforehand.
I wish they had contacted me sooner!
Life now
Their support, responsiveness, and willingness to help made a significant difference and allowed me to focus on starting my new role rather than worrying about the challenges of relocating to a new country. I truly appreciated how welcoming and supportive everyone was during this transition.
