Why Solvès?
Early on in my recruitment career, I was already toying with the idea of one day starting my own recruitment company. In 2017, I took the plunge and Solvès was born. The main reason for me was the need I felt to do things in a more human way.

International recruitment has always been the most exciting to me. Throughout my career, I’ve worked for several recruitment agencies where I was involved in international recruitment. However, no organization paid much attention to the enormous impact this has on the person involved. Often, the support stopped after a pick-up at the airport, if that even happened. It is my personal conviction that if you recruit a candidate from abroad, it is also your duty to ensure this person is properly assisted in building a new life. We naturally apply this same full-service and social approach to local candidates as well. This is how we distinguish ourselves from competitors. We do more than just recruitment, and we are truly connected with our employees.
