Junior Tester

Role Overview

We are looking for a Junior Tester to test and maintain modern WMS applications and applications that support our WMS solutions. We believe that we should embrace new technological possibilities, like using automated testing and AI. You will work closely with product owners, UX designers, and developers to deliver secure, scalable, and user-friendly web solutions. This role requires a strong eye for detail, an inquiring mind, and a collaborative mindset.

Key Responsibilities Creation of test scenario’s and test reports and maintain test databases. Maintain code quality by manually test code changes done by frontend or backend developers and doing exploratory testing. Collaborate with product, UX, and backend teams to implement functional and user-friendly interfaces. Propose improvements on the applications and make descriptions for those improvements if approved. Create and maintain automated (frontend) tests Troubleshoot and resolve bugs and performance issues. Contribute to continuous improvement of development standards and best practices. Support security, data protection, and compliance requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Minimun 1 year of experiencein software testing.
• Experience with testing SaaS web applications and/or API’s.
• Afinity or experience with automated testing and AI.
• Strong attention for detail, and innovative and independent mindset and critical eye.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment using Scrum.
• Language skills including professional working proficiency in English.
• Language Abilitty to work at least 3 days per week from the Gorinchem office.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experince in development including automated testing (integration testing and load testing).
• Understanding of UX/UI best practices.
• Familiarity with automated testing tools (e.g., Playwright, Cypress).
• Knowledge og logistics, supply chain or WMS environment is a plus.
• A study in information technology.
